Print out election materials for vote reception
Published: 7 May 2026
Here are some vote reception materials that you can download and print out. These include daily reports, address cards and information materials, for example.
Daily report
You can fill in a daily report for each date on which you carry out vote reception. You can print out several daily reports at the same time and then write the relevant date on each by hand. At the end of the day, you must fill in the number of votes received and sign the report.
When vote reception has been completed, you can save your daily reports digitally or physically at your mission abroad. They can be useful for follow‑up and when planning for the next elections.
